RETURN POLICY

Return Policy/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with a standard size costume that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. No refunds will be issued if 30 days have passed. Please, email us at info@magicalattic.com for Return Authorization number before sending the item back. Shipping fees are non refundable, the customer will also be responsible for any postage charges associated with sending the item back.
The item must be returned in excellent, not-used condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Refunds will only be given to the original customer.

All Custom Order Sales are final and no refunds will be given.

EXCHANGE is possible upon request for any standard size item purchased. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fee of $7.50.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
For your protection, we recommend that you use US Postal Service for your return.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning.

Damaged/Defective Items/Credit

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magicalattic.com Please, include your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Magical Attic will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
