A perfect fit costume is what we do best! Expect nothing less than high quality as all our costumes are handmade with special care and attention to detail.

If you are not satisfied with a standard size costume that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. No refunds will be issued if 30 days have passed. Please, email us at support@magicalattic.com for Return Authorization number before sending the item back. Shipping fees are non refundable, the customer will also be responsible for any postage charges associated with sending the item back.
The item must be returned in excellent, not-used condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Refunds will only be given to the original customer.
All Custom Order Sales are final and no refunds will be given, however EXCHANGE for any standard size item is possible upon request. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fee of $5.95.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
