It includes the following: 3 tiered custom sewn TUTU SKIRT that is very full, made with yards and yards of super soft WHITE tulle (100% nylon tulle, made in USA), each tier is finished with WHITE satin ribbon, CUSTOM CORSET TOP that is fully lined and WHITE satin ribbon laces down in the back through ribbon tabs, fabulous handmade hairpiece made from WHITE satin, tulle and crushed velvet roses, stay in place with satin ribbons that tie in the back. This set is available for a girl 12 months up to 8 years of age (if you need a bigger size, please contact us).
