This gorgeous CINDERELLA ball gown is a two-piece dress including very full tutu skirt made with yards and yards of super soft Blue and White tulle (100% nylon tulle, made in USA) with elastic at waist and short sleeve top. The fabric is BLUE and WHITE satin. The top is fully lined, has back closure - blue satin ribbon laces down in the back through ribbon tabs, puffed sleeves and two large puffs on the hips gathered at waist.
